Workplace workshops

Rush hour on London Bridge. Photo by Mike KingWe offer workshops in organisations designed to help staff cope better with stress and improve wellbeing and mental clarity. The increasingly frantic pace of working life has resulted high levels of anxiety. People often work inefficiently and lose hours every week to unfocussed 'multi-tasking'.

How can creating a little more space in our day actually make us more productive, more efficient, more focused, and able to appreciate our lives? The workshops will introduce practical techniques which can help to transform the working day, such as:

We have taught in a range of workplaces including: the Houses of Parliament, Penguin Random House, Accenture, Amazon, Transport for London, Otsuka, Health Education England, University of Westminster, Helaba, Ace Hotel, Grocery Aid, Surrey County Council, OneHousing Group, Bacardi, Lambeth College, West Sussex County Council, the Mental Health Foundation and others.

Workshops are offered in a variety of formats to suit your workplace. They include:

Mindfulness Taster Session

Lasting between 1 hour and 3 hours, this taster session will give participants an overview of mindfulness practice and will introduce some of the key techniques.

Mindfulness Training Course

This workplace course presents the main content of the classic MBSR/ MBCT course, which is traditionally offered as an 8-week programme. The length and format of the course can be adapted to fit the needs of your organisation. Normally offered with one week between sessions, this gives participants a chance to practice on their own between sessions, and to share their experiences. It is an effective way to help embed the techniques within daily life at home and at work.

Mindfulness Day Retreat

Take a break from the office for a full-day of meditation and mindfulness practices. A chance to settle in to a more restful state of mind and body. This can be conducted at the office or as a staff ‘away-day’ at a location of your choice.

Please contact us for costs and further information. We offer reduced rates for non-profit organisations and small businesses.
