We offer 'graduate' retreat days and 4-week courses for deepening practice and exploring themes in a structured way with a group - see below.
This is for you if you've done a beginner mindfulness course and would like to continue and develop your practice, and connect with others. We welcome anyone who has completed the standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT) or equivalent, whether with Being Mindful or with another teacher.
Don't worry if you've completely lost touch with your mindfulness practice - this is a good opportunity for a fresh start! It's much easier to establish and continue a practice with the support of a community and teacher.
We are also now holding regular drop-in events at the London Shambhala Meditation Centre in Clapham, with teachers Tessa Watt and Debbie Johnson.
