At this challenging time, mindfulness is one of the most helpful skills we can have for handling our anxiety, staying grounded and looking after our state of mind. We have moved our mindfulness training online, and our next course will start in September. Please join our mailing list to receive updates and information on our courses and retreats when we have the dates.

Next 8-week mindfulness course:

Wednesday evenings - Online via Zoom
Sept-Oct 2020
Dates: Starts Wednesday 9, 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28.
Session Length: 2hrs
Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: £250 (£190 concessions)
Taught by: Debbie Johnson
All-day retreat included - date Saturday 17th Oct 2020,
The retreat day will also take place online - this can work surprisingly well and you can come in and out if you need to, according to your household situation. If need be, you can also defer your retreat until later, for example another all-day date is 14th Nov 2020 but if you can make the date with your course members it is always good to share the experience together.

Please fill in our short questionnaire, and email it back to us at beingmindful@beingmindful.co.uk. A teacher will be in touch with details on how to make payment to secure your place. Courses begin with an orientation session where you can find out more about the course and ask questions. However, please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions before registering.

Graduate sessions / courses / retreats

During these current difficult times we are offering free online practice sessions for graduates of the 8-week course - see our Graduate Hub page for details.

Periodically we hold courses and retreats designed specifically for people who have completed the 8-week course or equivalent, either with Being Mindful or with another teacher. This is a chance to develop and deepen your experience of mindfulness, and to re-connect with your practice. Please join our graduate mailing list to receive information on future graduate courses and retreats.
