At this challenging time, mindfulness is one of the most helpful skills we can have for handling our anxiety, staying grounded and looking after our state of mind. We have moved our mindfulness training online, and our next 8-week course will start in spring - dates tbc. Please join our mailing list to receive updates and information on our future courses and retreats.

One-day online retreat - 23 January

A chance to refresh and deepen your practice, with the practices of body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation, mindful walking and more. Nourish yourself with a day of stillness and silence.

Times: 10:30 am to 4:30pm
Location: Online via Zoom
Retreat practice can work surprisingly well via Zoom, and you can come in and out if need be, according to your household situation.

Cost: £45 (£30 concessions).

8-week mindfulness course:

Wednesday evenings - Online via Zoom - current course FULLY BOOKED
nb. This is an interactive course which takes place in real time with the teacher and group all on Zoom together at the same time.

Class size: Maximum 20
Cost: £250 (£190 concessions - but please contact Tessa if this is still unaffordable and you would like to request a further concession)

All-day retreat included - Sunday 21 February 2021 (10:30am-4:30pm)
The retreat day will also take place online - this can work surprisingly well and you can come in and out if you need to, according to your household situation.

Please fill in our short questionnaire, and email it back to us at beingmindful@beingmindful.co.uk. The teacher will be in touch with details on how to make payment to secure your place. Courses begin with an orientation session where you can find out more about the course and ask questions. However, please feel free to contact us if you have specific questions before registering.

Graduate sessions / courses / retreats

During these current difficult times we are offering free online practice sessions for graduates of the 8-week course - see our Graduate Hub page for details.

Periodically we hold courses and retreats designed specifically for people who have completed the 8-week course or equivalent, either with Being Mindful or with another teacher. This is a chance to develop and deepen your experience of mindfulness, and to re-connect with your practice. Please join our graduate mailing list to receive information on future graduate courses and retreats.
